Description

Ballistic Digital is currently looking for a Lead Technical Integrator who also has experience managing programs.  It’s estimated that program management and technical lead integration responsibilities will require equal amounts of time (50%/50%); however, this may vary based on requirements and ongoing projects

 

Clearance Requirement: Must possess a current and active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance for consideration.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serving as primary point of contact between the Sponsor and Ballistic Digital for contractual, financial, security, and technical matters.
  • Monitoring projects, costs, schedules, expenditures, and providing relevant reporting, with corporate support.
  • Coordinating with corporate resources to provide replacement on-site support when needed.
  • Coordinating and participating in all contract reviews.
  • Providing technical leadership to assign tasks, evaluate level of effort, and implementing strategy and roadmaps.
  • Participating in designing approaches for projects and application and integration design sessions to scope efforts and drive efficiencies.
  • Providing expertise on application development, business intelligence tools, database development, best practices and patterns with the ability to explain, advocate, guide and implement them.
  • Maintain, coordinate, support and monitor requirement Schedule progress (adherence/slip), resourcing requirements, performance objectives and related cost objectives for all Sponsor validated requirements.
  • Monitor, attend/participate and document/report on operational meetings related to their respective area of expertise.
  • Designing, setting up, and operating technical demonstrations.
  • Enacting ad-hoc technical experiments to test tradecraft concepts.
  • Developing novel solutions incorporating multiple technologies.
  • Providing briefings to Sponsor leadership, as requested.
  • Writing technical documentation to include Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Test Results, and Technical Assessments, as requested.
  • Providing feedback to the sponsor for improvements on the processes and tools involved in any of the technical areas.

 

 Required Skills, Experience, and Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field - Three (3) years of relevant technical experience will be accepted as an equivalent for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) years demonstrated experience in project management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of managing teams, PM processes, PM tools, and strong communication
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology, project lifecycles, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comprehensive knowledge of managing teams, PM processes, PM tools, and strong communication.
  • Computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office and Jira or similar requirements tools
  • Intelligence Community (IC) experience
  • Ability to work effectively with other personnel, to include other Contractors, facilitate discussions on complex technical topics with non-technical personnel, and communicate professionally in verbal and written formats
  • Ability to prepare and conduct Sponsor briefings and hands-on technical demonstrations

 

Additional Desired Skills 

  • Demonstrated experience managing contracts, to include tracking/reporting costs and knowledge of basic contracting principles.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., repeatedly throughout the course of a workday
  • Ability to walk in uneven or potentially hazardous terrain
  • Ability to climb a ladder without additional physical assistance
  • Ability to operate hand tools, both motorized and manual, without accommodation
  • Visual abilities which allow for application of fine motor skills in low light conditions.
  • Ability to complete fall protection training and perform work on elevated platforms.
  • Ability to connect sensor trailers and cellular-on-wheels trailers to truck hitches and move around Sponsor location sites
